Customers certify that their information is accurate and consent to IP address verification, request for authentication of information provided, and other verification methods. The company reserves cancellation rights for false information.
Legal Consequences
Unapproved and improper uses of these products is a breach of FDA Law, and company terms and conditions, and shall result in immediate termination of customer account and report to appropriate authorities.
Product Handling
The customer acknowledges that there are risks in the handling, use, and distribution of these products, and certifies that it has the proper equipment, facilities, and personnel for managing those risks; and the customer knowingly accepts these risks.
